How To Apply Return/Exchange

1. Please reach out to us on service@mah-official.com to initiate your return or exchange.

2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a refund (shipping charges excluded) or an exchange.

3. Kindly note that if the return is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as don't like/want, color doesn't match/ordering wrong products/sizes etc.), buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.


Returnable Items

1. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of MaH.

2. MaH is not responsible for products that are ruined, torn or damaged as a result of improper washing. 

This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to return a MaH product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.



We stand behind the quality of our bags and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every MaH item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized MAH retailer and subject to applicable laws. The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
