Q: Why can't I make a payment?

Q: How will my delivery be shipped?

A: CNE Express(https://www.cne.com/English/) functions as our logistics partner to ship out MAH products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

 

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A: The items will be delivered at the same time.

 

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A : Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is shipped out.

 

Q: What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Q: Do you charge for customs, taxes, VAT or any other extra fees?

A: In general,there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs.if unfortunately,your order need to clear customs tax,and you need to make a payment again,please contact with us directly first.We will help you with certain amount of the tax,please do not worry about it.
